At Ashgrove Furnishings, we want you to love every piece in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  Carefully disassemble and repackage the furniture in its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient home pickup time at your doorstep.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
